The Goddess has a thousand names and more, but I believe that they are all one in the same. It doesn't matter if you call Her Cerridwyn or The Virgin Mary, She is the same through the ages. Here are a list of the various names of The Goddess. Each one may represent a different aspect of Her. These aspects can be called apon when a certain need is to be filled.

Aphrodite: (Greek) Goddess of love. Will aid in attracting love to oneself.
Aradia: (Italian) Queen of the witches, daughter of Diana. Powerful protectress of witches.
Arianrhod: (Welsh) Goddess of the stars and reincarnation. Call to aid in recalling past lives.
Artemis: (Greek) Goddess of the moon.
Astarte: (Greek) Goddess of all kinds of fertility
Athena: (Greek) Warrior Goddess. Aids in conquering those everyday battles.
Bast: (Egyptian) Goddess of cats and protection.
Brigid: (Celtic) Warrior Goddess. Triple Goddess, protectress of children.
Ceres: (Roman) Goddess of the harvest.
Cerridwen: (Welsh) Moon and harvest Goddess, associated with the Crone.
Demeter: (Greek) Earth Mother, will aid in birthing and things concerning small children.
Diana: (Roman) Moon Goddess and Goddess of the hunt. A mother figure for witches.
Dryads: (Greek) female tree spirits.
Flora: (Roman) Goddess of Spring and birth. Flowers, babies, Earth's bounties.

Fortuna: (Roman) Goddess of fate.
Freya: (Scandinavian) Moon Goddess, wife of Odin.
Hathor: (Egyptian) Protectress of business women. Cunning and beautiful.
Hecate: (Greek) Moon Goddess of the Crone aspect.
Hera: (Greek) Goddess of marriage.
Hestia: (Greek) Goddess of hearth and home.
Inanna: (Sumerian) Mother Goddess.
Isis: (Egyptian) Triple Goddess represented in one being.
Kali: (Hindu) Creative and destructive Goddess. Protectress of abused women.
Lilith: (Hebrew) Adam's first wife who is said to have been turned into a demon. Much is disputed in regards to the true nature of Lilith. I suggest you study her and make up your own mind.
Maat: (Egyptian) Goddess of justice and order.
Morgan: (Celtic) Goddess of water and magick. Also known as the Lady of the Lake.
Muses: (Greek) Goddesses of inspiration.

Nuit: (Egyptian) Sky Mother.

Selene: (Greek) Goddess of the Moon and solutions.
Valkyries: (Scandinavian) Women warriors who carried the souls of men slain in battle to Heaven.
Venus: (Roman) Goddess of love.
Vesta: (Roman) Goddess of fire.
